Year 8 Food Technology08/07/2021
Year 7 and Year 8 Food Technology students produced Ki Si Min, in their last practical lesson for the semester. This production task brought together many of the skills and processes that the Year 7 and Year 8 Junior Food Technology course had focused on; safety and hygiene, time management, knife skills and correct use of equipment, including the Wok and Charn. It was clear to see the students really enjoyed this task; it was challenging and required teamwork to ensure that the Ki Si Min was cooked within the 1-hour practical period. The sense of achievement, and smiles all around, was wonderful to see on the students faces.
