Year 7 Food Tech – Corn Fritters on the Menu

Year 7s have enjoyed making Corn Fritters in Food Technology. This was the first time the students used the stove tops. It was a busy practical lesson, with plenty of new processes for students to learn, and they all did a brilliant job. The final results were excellent, with happy smiles all round.
