Year 7 Boys football team off to great start

SCHOOL SPORT VICTORIA – SANDHURST DIVISION

Year 7 Boys Football

On Thursday 18 May, the CMC Year 7 Boys team travelled to Maiden Gully to compete against Bendigo South East College and  Marist College Bendigo in the Sandhurst division. The boys played a great brand of team football and were able to link up well with each other all day.

Game 1 CMC 10.8.68 defeated Marist College 0.0.0
Goals: Charlie Macumber 5, Harry Morrish 3, Jamison Westley and Carter Andrews 1

Game 2 CMC 13.10.88 defeated BSE 0.1.1
Goals: Nicholas Hietbrink 4, Oisin Dunne, Charlie Macumber 2, Darcy Tyler, Quinlan Cody, Jamison Westley, Alistair Hughes and Angus McInerney 1
Best: Oisin Dunne, Paddy McNamara, Nicholas Hietbrink and Jaxson Kelly.

The boys will now represent the Sandhurst Division in the Loddon Mallee Regional finals day to be held next term.
