Subject Selection for 2019
Program Information Evening
Years 9, 10 & 11, 2019: Monday 23 July, 6 – 9pm
Marian Centre, St Mary’s, Barkly Street
For students undertaking Year 9, 10, VCE or VCAL in 2019 with their parents and carers.
Year 12 are invited to attend the displays and talk to teachers to discuss their programs.

LOWER KELLY BUILDING
Session 1: 6.00pm – 6.20pm

Session 1: 6 – 6.35pm

Information Session: 6.30 – 7.00pm
Subject Selection will begin for students in Years 8-12 in 2019 on Tuesday 17 July. Students will be given all the information about the selection process and will be required to discuss their selections with their housegroup teacher.
Online selection information will be emailed in the first week of Term 3 to the students’ email accounts. All students going into Years 9, 10 and 11 will be required to make an appointment with their housegroup teacher for Thursday 2 or Friday 3 August at the Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews.
This appointment is for final discussion about selections and to check they have been entered correctly. More information will be sent out in Week 1 of Term 3.

- Friday 3 August 5pm: Subject Selections close.
Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews
Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews will be on Thursday 2 August (4pm-8pm) and Friday 3 August (9am-4pm) in the Marian Gym, St Mary’s Campus. Information regarding bookings will be emailed out in Week 1 of Term 3. Please read the article on our transition to a new Parent Access Model for further details regarding bookings. Friday 3 August will be a pupil free day.
Parent Access Module (PAM)
After much consideration of community feedback, we are moving to SIMON (Learning Management Software) Parent Access Module (PAM) to provide:
- Real-time attendance
- Parent/Student/Teacher Interview bookings
- Reporting in Term 3
On Monday 16 July we will begin the rollout of the online Parent Access Module (PAM). You will receive an email with your new login information for PAM.
When you login to PAM, we ask that all families please review your child/children’s medical information and submit/complete the profile through this service. This includes details of your address, emergency contacts and medical information.
Term 3 Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews will be available in PAM next term when it is launched.
