SCHOOL SPORT VICTORIA – STATE VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Intermediate Boys

The SSV State Intermediate Boys Volleyball Finals were played at the Dandenong Stadium on Thursday 19 May. After an early start of 6am the boys arrived full of enthusiasm and eager to take on the best intermediate boys in the state.

The boys were extremely competitive in all games played and really forced all their opposition to play at their best to defeat them. The skill level was excellent as the boys developed their gameplay over the course of the day. While they demonstrated superb execution of skills, they were outclassed by teams that obviously train and play together regularly.

The boys displayed excellent sportsmanship on the day and were well respected by all opposing teams. Congratulations to all the boys on being ranked in the top eight of Victoria, you have all been amazing representatives of our College.
