Headstart 2018

This week we have welcomed our current Year 9 cohort to St Mary’s Campus, to begin their senior years of secondary education. It has been an exciting start for them as they navigate the new campus and get used to a few small differences – such as not having any school bells. This is a great opportunity for all our 2019 Years 10 – 12 students to get a taste of their new classes and start the ball rolling on successfully completing their courses.

Welcome to our new students

We are delighted to welcome nearly twenty new students to our College in Years 10 – 12; we know our community will make them feel welcome by showing our Mercy Hospitality and we wish them good fortune as they begin what we hope is an enjoyable and successful time at Catherine McAuley College.

The changing face of St Mary’s

Exciting work is underway at St Mary’s Campus. The Kelly building is undergoing significant refurbishment works to convert it into learning spaces for a commercial kitchen on the ground floor and Allied Health facilities on the first floor. The existing canteen has already been demolished and a new canteen and indoor/outdoor dining areas will be created. It is expected that the project will be completed midway through Term 1, 2019.
