School Photos 2023

Coolock and St Mary’s campuses

Official 2023 school photos for all students will be taken on Tuesday 31 January 2023. Please note:

• Full summer academic uniform is to be worn for photos. (If a student has a PE or other class that requires PE uniform on Tuesday, they will need to wear their academic uniform to school and change after having their photo taken.)
• Students must meet College dress code and grooming guidelines.
• Haircuts: hair at shoulder length or longer needs to be tied up.
• Earrings: please make sure earrings, especially new piercings, meet grooming guidelines. Maximum of two small, plain silver or gold earrings in each ear – click link above for details. (Pearl, diamante, coloured, novelty earrings do not meet guidelines. Facial and/or tongue piercing is not allowed at school.)

CATCH UP SESSIONS THURSDAY 9 FEBRUARY 2023

• St Mary’s: 8.15am – 9.45am
• Coolock: 11.00am – 12.30pm

Please note 31 January and 9 February are the only sessions for school photos in 2023. (This has changed from 2022 when photos were taken in Term 4.)

ONLINE ORDERING WITH MSP PHOTOGRAPHY

• Order via the MSP Portal. Package details below.
• You should receive details and instructions via email from MSP Photography by Friday 27 January.
• If you have not received details or are having difficulty, please contact MSP directly.
• Order your School Photos before midnight 17 February.*

*Late Orders can be accepted after 17 February by contacting 03 5482 3190. All late orders incur an extra $20 archive retrieval fee.
