Major Award for Scott Eeles, Facilities Manager

At Catherine McAuley College Bendigo (CMCB) we value our partnerships highly. One longstanding partnership is with Danihers Facility Management. We are delighted to share some fantastic news with our community – Scott Eeles (Facilities Manager for Danihers at CMCB) was awarded the 2025 Danihers Business Partner of the Year Award at their recent Family Day at Melbourne Zoo.

The Danihers awards recognise team members who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence that truly displays their company values and the qualities of teamwork, leadership, innovation and exceptional service.

This year, for the first time ever, Danihers will be sending the winner of the Business Partner of the Year Award to the ISSA Trade Show in America. It is an educational tour, where Scott will explore innovative ideas for facility management services to enhance his knowledge and allow him to gain access to the latest products, innovation and build connections with industry leaders.

This is a great achievement for a most worthy recipient. Congratulations Scott!

Scott Eeles – 2025 Danihers Business Partner of the Year

The criteria set for the Business Partner of the Year Award was very high, and included service excellence to our clients, strong leadership qualities, professionalism, team engagement,  training, compliance and finally demonstrating an ability to work and shine within the Danihers Value system – The Danihers Way.  Scott has gained excellent QA results, tool box deliveries and compliance ratings. Scott has been a champion of the DFMS system and he is always focused on cost effective solutions and how to do things better – which is inspiring and encouraging.
