In the pool and on the courts

Throughout the year in practical Physical Education classes, students have participated in a wide variety of both team and individual sporting and recreational activities. This continues in Term 4 with the focus turning to swimming and tennis.

Years 7 and 8 Swimming Program
Our Years 7 and 8 students have been attending Bendigo East Pool throughout this term as part of their Health & Physical Education (HPE) curriculum. Students have been learning invaluable water safety and rescue techniques throughout the program as well as continuing to build on stroke technique and some fun games at the end of each lesson.

Year 9 Tennis Program
Year 9 students have loved playing the enjoyable game of tennis over the past three weeks at the Bendigo Tennis Complex on Nolan Street. A bonus was watching international players training and participating in the Bendigo International Women’s Pro Tour Event.
