Food Tech at Coolock
In Food Tech this term, we’ve learned how to make recipes from different cultures and different methods to make certain meals.
Something that we’ve been taught about is how to make yeast rise and whether or not you should overwork the gluten in dough. We’ve learnt about the Australian Guide To Healthy Eating and how to maintain a balanced diet.
Overall this term has been important in helping develop and refine culinary skills for later in life.
