Caritas Ks

Students at Coolock are preparing for Caritas Ks which will take place on Thursday 22 March. On this day students will walk six kilometres along the O’Keefe Trail before returning to school to enjoy a barbeque and the Caritas Carnival. The walk gives students the opportunity to show solidarity with young people around the world who walk many kilometres every day for water, food and education. This year’s theme is ‘A Just Future’ and funds raised help Caritas empower people in vulnerable communities. All students have been given a booklet to take home and are urged to collect sponsors for the walk and raise as much money as possible to support this important cause.
