Being Respectful and Being Responsible

22/06/2022

In the last two weeks our community has been focusing on some important expected positive behaviours from our matrix. Students have been focusing on what it means to Be Respectful and Be Responsible in our yard, locker areas and canteen. Our students have been reminded and encouraged to demonstrate how to dispose of rubbish correctly, care for our common home, respect others personal space, be an upstander and make good decisions in these areas of our school.

We encourage our families to refer to our three main expectations, ‘Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Be Kind’ as we continue to embed this common language into our CMC school life.

In Term 3 we will continue to have focus areas for our school wide expected positive behaviours. The community will continue to see reminders of the expectations with further signage around our school grounds and buildings.
