Agriculture Update

Our students have been busy down in the Agriculture program learning to halter train our four angus cross friesian calves and learning how to tie quick release knots. They have also been planting seed potatoes that will go to Bendigo Foodshare. To celebrate National Tree Day the students adjusted the tree guards on the trees that they planted for National Tree Day 2020, they also ensured that our paddocks were free from rubbish.

Our animal studies students have been learning about first aid. This involves learning the steps to take if you find your pet unconscious or injured, including bandaging, making a gauze muzzle and CPR.
