2026 Subject Selection and Pathway Counselling meetings

The process for 2026 Subject Selection has started.

Important information regarding the Subject Selection process can be found in the flyer below.

Subject Selection choices are due to be submitted by Friday 15 August.

Students will be briefed on the Subject Selection process during Year Level assemblies at the beginning of Term 3.

Parent Access Module (PAM) bookings are now open for compulsory Pathway Counselling meetings for Year 9 into 10 and Year 10 into 11 scheduled for Term 3.

Bookings can be made with any teacher that has availability at a time that suits. We encourage you to book your meeting time promptly to ensure availability.

These meetings are a vital part of planning and supporting your child’s senior school journey.

MEETING SCHEDULES

Year 10 into Year 11

• Monday 28 July
• Tuesday 29 July
• Thursday 31 July
• Friday 1 August

Please note: Year 10 bookings are available for the days students will not be in attendance on Camp.

Year 9 into Year 10

• Friday 8 August

All meetings will be held at St Mary’s Campus in St Mary’s Hall. Please enter via the gate into the St Mary’s Courtyard, located on the corner of Barkly Street and Barkly Terrace West (refer map below).

Important Information:

• Attendance is compulsory for both students and a parent or carer.
• Subject selections for 2026 will be submitted during this meeting.
• Subject selections must be signed off by the attending parent or carer.
• This meeting is a key opportunity to collaborate and plan your child’s senior pathway.
